Sports Medicine

Orthopaedics East & Sports Medicine Center has a long history in sports medicine and we’re dedicated to helping you stay in the game, whatever your game happens to be.

At ECU and in the Community

Orthopaedics East & Sports Medicine Center has served the East Carolina University athletic department and its athletes for more than 35 years. Currently, Dr. Christopher C. Hasty and Dr. Philip S. Perdue, Jr. serve as Team Physicians for East Carolina University athletes.

In addition to our work with East Carolina University, our physicians and physician assistants can often be found on the sidelines at our local high school football games, making sure our young student athletes stay healthy and enjoy the sport they love.
