Anders is a Physician Assistant who cares for patients in the clinic and assists physicians in surgery. He grew up in Greenville, NC, where his interest in orthopedics began during high school after gaining valuable shadowing experience and dealing with several sports-related injuries, including a torn ACL. These personal experiences — along with the journey through surgery and rehabilitation — opened his eyes to the powerful impact skilled orthopedic care can have on a patient’s recovery and overall well-being.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Lees-McRae College. After working in the pharmaceutical industry for two years, he went on to complete his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at East Carolina University. In his free time, Anders enjoys playing soccer, watching sports, spending time with friends, and enjoying the outdoors.
