Our secure patient portal gives you the ability to access your patient information, request prescription refills, request appointments and complete required forms online. If you are already enrolled, click here or access your existing patient portal account below.
In order to enroll in our secure portal, you must first receive a PIN from our practice. Please contact our Medical Records Department at (252) 757-2663 in order to enroll. Once you have obtained your PIN, follow the applicable instructions below.
If you have accidentally enrolled in the Patient Portal before receiving a PIN, you simply need to contact our Medical Records Department to request your PIN and link your account.
If you are registering a child, a dependent, or a proxy, you will need to register yourself as a user first.
Existing Portal Users
Patients who have already registered for the patient portal can access it by selecting the button below.
Please contact our Medical Records Department if you have not received your PIN for registry with our Patient Portal. If you register without a PIN, you will not have access to your patient information. If you have received a PIN, please select from the following for specific instructions on how to complete your registration.
Option 1: I am a patient of Orthopaedics East and registering myself.
If you’ve received your PIN from our Medical Records Department and are registering for yourself, select this option and follow the simple steps in the PDF document. View PDF Instructions
Option 2: I am registering a child/dependent, and I’m also an existing patient of Orthopaedics East.
Select this option if you would like to enroll your child or dependent and you are a parent or guardian without current access to our Patient Portal. View PDF Instructions
Option 3: I am registering a child/dependent, but I’m NOT an existing patient of Orthopaedics East.
Select this option if you’re enrolling a child or dependent and you are not on our Patient Portal. View PDF Instructions
Option 4: I need to add my child/dependent to my existing portal account.
If you are the caretaker for an adult patient and are authorized to view their medical records, you can add the individual as a proxy to your account. View PDF Instructions
