About Dr. Duke

Dr. Josiah Duke is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon, who specializes in total joint replacement, sports medicine and general orthopedics. Dr. Duke had a unique journey to find his passion for medicine and orthopedics, which he identified during summer classes at Harvard while he was completing his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering at MIT. He began his medical career as an orthopedic staff physician in the military, caring for the men and women who proudly serve our country at Andrews Air Force Base. Dr. Duke has practiced at Orthopaedics East for over 17 years and is recognized as a North Carolina Top Doctor.
