Each month we recognize an employee who has been nominated by a coworker for exemplifying our corporate values. Erica Patrick has been a Medical Assistant at Orthopaedics East for almost 24 years!

She was recently recognized, by her peers, for her patient-centered service. She describes her role as always trying her best to “Make sure patients are taken care of the way I would want someone to take care of myself and my family”.

Erica lives with her husband of 23 years, and they are proud parents of two children and a soon-to-be 1-year-old granddaughter. Join us in congratulating her as this month’s recipient of our Employee Spotlight!
